What’s New?
In 2018 a new “Event within the Event” is kicking off. It allows competitors who don’t wish to do the whole event or be part of a team to compete in their favourite leg.
These “Event within the Event” legs will be called The Buckett’s Ride, the Barrington Paddle, and the Gloucester Run.
Each leg will be the same as in the Main Event and will be held during the Main event. The Buckett’s Ride competitors will start at 8.30 am along with Main Event Team members. Barrington Paddle competitors will started at 10 am in groups of 4 at 30 second intervals. Gloucester Run competitors will start altogether at 10.45am.
Each leg costs $50 for an Open Male or Female and $35 for a Junior Male and Female. There will medals awarded for the fastest competitors. Please note that this entry fee does not include a carbo dinner meal but if you wish to join in you are able to purchase tickets on registration day/evening.
